The GSMA Mobile 360 Series-Africa is an event being organized by GSMA-an organization that has dedicated itself to driving economic, environmental and social change through the ignition, nurturing and scaling of a vibrant and thriving community of innovators through the mobile eco-system. This they plan to achieve by providing awareness and understanding of business decisions and eliminating barriers that hinder investments in Africa.

They are hereby presenting African startups with an opportunity to scale their businesses by introducing a special segment tagged ‘Jumpstart’ during the GSMA Mobile 360 Series conference. ‘Jumpstart’ will provide a unique platform for start-ups to pitch their ideas to entrepreneurs and operators in the mobile industry. This platform given to startups is not expected to provide funding for the startups but to provide an opportunity for the startups to secure partnerships and potential business relationships.

The segment which is the first ever by GSMA at Mobile 360 Africa, will be taking place at the African Pride Crystal Towers Hotel & Spa Cape Town South Africa on the 7th-9th of October. The theme of this year’s conference is “Accelerating Social and Economic Empowerment” and highlights of the conference include;
