Lagos based government sponsored incubator, iDEA hub has finally released the names of eight startups they would be accepting into their incubation program. The business incubator would be working closely with come up with products that are guaranteed to remain sustainable, formulate their value proposition as well as develop a market strategy to ensure maximum penetration.
Listed below are the names of the startups :
APMIS – A mobile advertising relationship management system
Dashboard – An instant messaging platform for customers to connect with companies
Easyhire – A platform to hire / rent anything with a focus on electronics, vehicles and aircrafts
Farmfresh – A USSD assisted e-commerce application for agriculture
Safer mom – A virtual platform which engages pregnant and nursing mothers with vital health information via SMS and voice services in their preferred language
Kangpe – Health management information system
Datamart – A data market place for selling and purchase of data with visualization and natural language search. Datamart also emerged as the winner of the iDea Nigeria/USPF sponsored hackathon.
Mobicube – A mobile advertising platform that rewards viewers for watching ads
Since April 2013, iDea hub has accelerated innovation in the country by giving assistance to entrepreneurs in the tech industry.
